Chatbot Terms of Use

This Terms of Use agreement explains the points to be noted when a user uses our MyMoneySouq’s Robo Advisor.

If you don’t agree to the terms then you are not supposed to use our chatbot.

If you are using this bot you must be at least 18 years old, if not you must use this bot only under parental or guardian guidance who are above 18 years and they must agree to the terms of use related.

Restrictions:

• You are not supposed to use the bot in a forbidden way.
• Any technical alterations, modifications, etc. are strictly not allowed.
• Using the bot to harass, abuse or any other kind of violations are not allowed.
• Performing any activity that is not right(transmitting virus, negative communication, etc) is not allowed.
• Spamming, malware, sharing inappropriate content is prohibited.

Termination:

If you are found using the bot in an unauthorized way you will lose access to use the bot with/without any prior notice. All the data will be lost as well.

Information:

You allow the bot publisher to make use of the information you provide to the bot. All the chats on the bot will be recorded for our reference.

The terms and conditions of the bot tend to change with or without any notice under the sole discretion of the publisher. So it is recommended to keep yourself updated with the terms from time to time.

Picking a product:

It is completely your responsibility to enquire before opting a product that is recommended by the bot. We are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by the service provider.

It is mandatory to read the terms of use of our chatbot. If you continue to use the chatbot after reading the terms it means you agree to abide by the conditions mentioned.
