Checking Car Accident through Emirates Vehicle Gate

To find out the car accident history on the Emirates Vehicle Gate website, you should have the ‘VIN number’ of the car. You can register yourself on the website to get detailed information about the vehicle.  

• You can visit the official website and login into your account. 
• You can also use the option of quick search available using Chassis Number 
• Once you log in, you will be prompted to enter a VIN number. The VIN number of the car is found on the car registration. 
• After you enter the VIN number, another screen will pop up and it will show you the list of accidents that are reported on that car. 
• If there are no accidents that occurred to the car then it will show a clean chit.

The ministry of the interior website will only show the vehicles that are registered in the UAE. The imported cars from abroad such as the ‘US, Japan or Europe’ which haven’t been registered with the accident details are not shown on the website.
